Welcome to Akluma (www.akluma.com). This is a personal project by Ubeydullah Keleş. The site is free to use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Akluma. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

What You Can Do

You can create virtual piggy banks to help yourself save money. You set your own goals, schedule savings, and optionally get reminder emails based on your schedule.

What You Can't Do

When using Akluma you agree not to:

• spam, scrape, or send automated traffic to the site
• try to crash, overload, or interfere with the service (for example by repeatedly creating and deleting piggy banks)
• reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the site or its code
• create fake accounts or share your account with others
• upload malicious content or use the service for anything illegal

Account Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that I reasonably believe is harming the service or other users. Whenever possible I will let you know first and give you a chance to export your data.

Your Data

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. See the Privacy Policy for how I collect, store, and delete your data.

Ownership

The Akluma name, code, design, and content are mine. The data you enter (your piggy banks, savings schedules, and transactions) is yours.

No Guarantees

Akluma is a personal project provided free of charge and offered 'as is'. I do not guarantee uptime, data availability, or that the service will be error-free. I am not liable for any loss of data or any consequential damages from using or being unable to use the service. Use at your own discretion.

Third-Party Stores

If you install or access Akluma through a third-party store (for example Google Play), that store's terms also apply in addition to these.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Turkey. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those protections still apply to you regardless of this clause.

Changes

You’ll be notified by email if I make any significant changes to these terms.
